Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Pick any plan at signup and use it free for 30 days — no payment needed to start. At the end of the trial, we confirm your price and billing period and send your first bill.

What is the difference between the plans?

Base covers invoicing, bills, multi-currency and reconciliation. Standard adds the purchasing side — purchase orders, credit notes, supplier credits — and the banking inbox that matches statement lines to what you have recorded. Pro adds recurring service contracts, auto invoicing, the billing matrix, cost centres and your own sending domain.

What if I outgrow my plan?

Email us and we will move you up; your data stays exactly where it is. The reverse works too, from your next bill.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). You are billed monthly, every six months or yearly, and we never charge you automatically. Cancel any time — your data is yours.

Can I export my data later?

Yes, on every plan. CSV exports for invoices, payments and ledger entries are built in, and a full backup download is always available. No lock-in.
